Why We Started Progressive Property Management
Brian Walsh bought his first rental property in 2009. He hired a property manager expecting that he could enjoy the benefits of real estate while still holding down a full-time job as a Master Plumber.
Unfortunately, like many real estate investors, he soon found much of his time was still tied up in managing the property — answering the property manager's questions, making repair decisions, dealing with issues… It felt like having a property manager was an unnecessary expense, not a wise investment.
Brian decided to manage the property himself. A friend asked him to manage theirs also. Fast-forward 13 years and Progressive Properties of Greenville is managing over 400 homes across Greenville County.
