$50 non-refundable application fee per applicant 18 years of age or older. Each Applicant must submit a separate application. No exceptions.
All rental applicants must submit a clear copy of a government-issued ID.
Proof of Income
It is required to submit verifiable income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Credit is on a case-by-case basis. When looking at credit we are not so much concerned with your credit score, but more or less looking at your overall payment history. We want to make sure that bills are being paid on time and that there is nothing in collections aside from student loans or medical bills. Applicants with no credit history may be required to pay a double deposit.
We do not approve applicants with eviction filings within the last 3 years, whether they have been settled or paid. Any evictions prior to the last 3 years are looked at on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must not have any unpaid debt to previous landlords or property managers. Applicants with no rental history may be required to pay a double deposit.
We may not approve applicants with a history of violent crimes, theft, illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance, or intentional damage or destruction of property. All charges will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
Pet & Animal Policies
If you have pets, typically we can allow up to two pets with a $250 deposit per pet depending on the property and owner preference. Breed restrictions on dogs include, but are not limited to Pitbull, American Bulldogs, Great Dane, Weimaraner, Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Chows, etc. This does include mixes of these breeds as well. Not all properties are pet friendly. Be sure to verify that the property you are interested in is open to allowing your pet.
Monthly pet rent is $25 for up to 2 pets.
Certified/registered service animals are exempt from breed restrictions and pet deposits with the proper documentation.
